The joys of creating a character are many indeed! Here you will post your characters and wait to have them accepted before they may make their entrance into the world here. What good is any site without its plots? Every single member has an imagination and ideas of their own. Here is where we can all discuss site wide plots, ideas for plots, and arrange mini-plots with other members. We encourage everyone to partake in role playing with as many players as possible, so plots are always welcome. Also, requests for someone to role play with your character or for a specific relationship type you're seeking such as friend, family or other go here.

Here we take everyone's opinions and thoughts into account with equality to all. If you have a suggestion, we want to hear what you have to say! We believe there is no such thing as a stupid or pointless question, so ask away! Most of us don't bite, so come on and ask if you aren't sure.

We have so many creative role players out there, and likely many of them right on this site. We'd love to see what you can do! This is a board where you can post your artwork, pixels, poems or personal fanfics and stories. We welcome you to show us your talent!

Anything you want to talk about that doesn't fit into any of the other categories and boards can be talked about about here. Remember this site strives to be user-friendly for all our members, so keep your content clean and be mindful of the feelings of others on the site.

We understand that real life has its trials and tribulations, as well as the funner things like trips and vacations. If you're going to be away for more than a few days, please notify us here so we know and the flow of role play can go on at its usual pace, while we eagerly await your return.

Everyone who doesn't live in the candidate's barracks, the wher dens, or the weyrs needs a place to live. The drudges and kitchen workers live in the lower level accommodations, while the journeymen and craftsmen are found in the second level accommodations.

The lower caverns are where the kitchens, infirmary, dining hall and storage are found. They are the busiest place in the Weyr, as most of the drudges and kitchenstaff as well as Weyr residents spend their time here, whether to have a meal or do their duties.

This is where the candidates stay until it's their time to stand for a clutch. There are two large rooms with cots and dressers with a large mirror on it, one for boys and one for girls, as well as the bathing rooms.

This is where the Junior Weyrlings stay with their dragons until they are a turn old and moved into the Weyrling Weyrs up above. These are adequate sized rooms with a dragon couch, dresser, desk and mirror in them. Two bathing rooms are at the end of the corridor.

This is where the Senior Weyrlings are moved to once they are a turn old. These weyrs are smaller than the full rider weyrs but adequate for a full grown dragon and rider. There is a dragon couch, bed, dresser and mirror and a desk in here along with a small closet. There is a small tub and privy in a small room off of each.

Upon graduation Weyrlings are moved into their own full rider weyr. These weyrs are spacious and have two levels: upper and lower. The upper ones are reserved for the higher ranking dragons as they are a bit bigger, and the lower ones, only marginally smaller, are for the others. There is a dragon couch, person couch, desk, larger dresser and mirror, and a large private bath as well as a privy in here, as well as a bigger bed and room for more personal furniture to be added.

This is the separate board specifically for mating flights and runs. Please adhere to the customs and rules regarding these.

These are the famed hatching sands, where dragons, whers and flitts come to lay their clutches, and candidates come to stand on hatching day in hopes of impressing. All hatchings are held here. Please adhere to the customs and rules regarding these.

All the Gathers are role played here. Each Gather has different things for sale, so the marks you've earned though posting or contests can be spent here! Gathers are held at random times, so keep your eyes and ears open so you don't chance missing one!

Lorien is the second largest Hold near Dragon Canyon, a three hour walk away. It is a mining and fishing Hold both since it is near to the ocean while having mines rich in both metals and gems nearby. Whers are in large demand here. Most of the residents are hardy and love the ocean, hard workers who also appreciate whers.

All other Holds on Pern can be role played here. Any time you go to any of the Holds not affiliated with Dragon Canyon, this is where you would go to post.
